Habanero Oil 220g

Spicy and full of umami. I would describe it like a hot salami like flavour. Love it on pizza or pasta!

So I bought this at the good food and wine show in Brisbane. I decided to get the oil the chilli jam and the salt. The chilli jam and the salt are both great, but the oil, oh my god the Habanero oil has filled my nights full of Havana dreams and my days full of habanero daydreams. This is hands down the best condiment/sauce/oil I’ve ever tasted anywhere in the world. My biggest mistake was introducing friends and family to it at bbqs at my house… and watching a jar very quickly disappear.

My wife got me a sampler pack of Fermenalists sauces for our anniversary, and apart from the Reaper sauce (that I didn't try) they were all superb. This stuff, however, is the absolute best. I especially love it on pizza, so good.

My lovely sister bought me the Chilli Fan Ultimate Pack, and I’ve enjoyed every single item in it. But the Habanero Oil… that one is on another level. No, really, it’s something special. Every time I have it, my body hits a kind of euphoria, almost like the rush I get after smashing six oysters natural (Coffin Bay). I can already tell I’ll be needing a bulk order of this stuff. Bravo, Fermentalists!

Purchased this at Sydney Royal Easter show, did not disappoint! Tastes good with just bread or over pizza. Haven’t tried it with anything else yet but it’s a winner in our house!

I used this oil on everything. Eggs, chicken, noodles, dumplings....it has replaced all other Chilli Oils in my cupboard. I am now starting to ordering 2 jars at a time because it doesn't last long. Easy 5 stars from me.
