I have this daily with my eggs. Its amazing!

This chilli jam is so, so tasty, with just enough zing to liven up the palate. It is perfect paired with cheese and crackers, or in a sandwich. It also goes so well with any Middle Eastern cooking I do.
The Fermentalists are wonderful people to deal with; very responsive to any emails. I have bought two of the gift box range to give to very special people on Christmas Day, but I kept this chilli jam all for myself!

About the same heat as the Trident bottle we all know but that's where the similarities stop.
The colour, the bouquet, the texture and the tenacity of this jam had me reaching for it instead of a chocolate coated almond.
