absolutely love this jam and use it on everything from scrambled eggs to stir frys, its not super spicy but has so much flavour.

My wife got me a sampler pack of Fermenalists sauces for our anniversary, and apart from the Reaper sauce (that I didn't try) they were all superb. This stuff, however, is the absolute best. I especially love it on pizza, so good.
This sauce has its place with only a couple other sauces as the best that I have ever eaten, and I’ve tried insane amounts. A versatile, delectable go-to. Devoured a bottle in a week! Hope The Fermentalists, a). don’t change a thing with this one and, b). continue making it for years and years!!!

Great hotsauce, good heat but not so much that you lose your ability to taste.

My lovely sister bought me the Chilli Fan Ultimate Pack, and I’ve enjoyed every single item in it. But the Habanero Oil… that one is on another level. No, really, it’s something special. Every time I have it, my body hits a kind of euphoria, almost like the rush I get after smashing six oysters natural (Coffin Bay). I can already tell I’ll be needing a bulk order of this stuff. Bravo, Fermentalists!
Im obsessed! I definitely recommend trying these and then putting them on absolutely everything. They add such an amazing flavour and it’s been an amazing way for me to add even more fermented foods into my diet. I recently bought the chilli jam and chilli oil to try too! I have to also thank them for their AMAZING customer service. I ordered about 6 jars and when it arrived one jar had unfortunately smashed and another had become un-vac sealed. They replaced both after my email and added a free hot honey! So kind of them and with no fuss! New fav condiment brand for sure.
