Gave this as one of the Christmas gifts for hubby and he is a spice lover. There's not many hot sauces that impresses him, but THIS!!!! He eats it with everything now. Loves it so much. Me, on the other hand nearly fainted from how spicy it was hahaha... not for the faint hearted.

Full disclosure, I have not tasted these but I feel they have gotta be amazing because these guys are serious about flavour!! I gifted these to my niece and nephews, they are beautifully packaged and look sensational. My nephew asked "How do you know where to get these from?" He was impressed.
I love this sauce, a little or a lot to suit personal taste. I purchased several sauces and haven't yet tried all of them so will review the others later. I did want to say that there was a slight problem with my delivery, not in any way to do with the products and the company 'fixed' it immediately. Definitely number 1 for customer service as well as for amazing sauces
Confirmed chilli freak here. Love this oil perfect on everything! Do wish it didn't contain vegetable oil as I avoid that. Have made an exception for a small amount of the chilli oil. Would use much more if no veg oil.
We first tried this at the Easter show and became hooked . My 10 year old (who is fussy beyond imagine) eats the chilli jam with everything ! Great products , absolutely delicious, highly recommend
This chilli jam is so, so tasty, with just enough zing to liven up the palate. It is perfect paired with cheese and crackers, or in a sandwich. It also goes so well with any Middle Eastern cooking I do.
The Fermentalists are wonderful people to deal with; very responsive to any emails. I have bought two of the gift box range to give to very special people on Christmas Day, but I kept this chilli jam all for myself!

I absolutely love the products, I buy many of them regularly and always have stock in my pantry, but more than that I highly recommend the company for responding to emails quickly and efficiently sorting out my ordering issues. My adult children always raid my pantry when they visit and pick up supplies. The fermented chili salt and chilli oil are our current favourites.
We recently tried a fermented chilli sauce over oysters which inspired me to search for a fermented chilli sauce and when I found your Carolina’s and the fact that you have won medals at the Easter Show I had to try it. Ive been growing Carolinas for the past five years but am not game to try fermenting because I dare not risk them so its great that I can buy the chilli I love fermented and can then add extras to it. So I bought this at the good food and wine show in Brisbane. I decided to get the oil the chilli jam and the salt. The chilli jam and the salt are both great, but the oil, oh my god the Habanero oil has filled my nights full of Havana dreams and my days full of habanero daydreams. This is hands down the best condiment/sauce/oil I’ve ever tasted anywhere in the world. My biggest mistake was introducing friends and family to it at bbqs at my house… and watching a jar very quickly disappear.
