For those after a more zesty flavour, our naturally fermented Jalapeño hotsauce brings a more fruity flavour with just a hint of French oak.

To help supercharge that piece of trout or perhaps a roast chicken use the Herb & Garlic Chilli Seasoning as a rub or sprinkle and then bring it all together with a slather of our famous Chilli Jam.
