Smoked Garlic, Habanero & Honey Hotsauce - 160ml

I absolutely love the products, I buy many of them regularly and always have stock in my pantry, but more than that I highly recommend the company for responding to emails quickly and efficiently sorting out my ordering issues. My adult children always raid my pantry when they visit and pick up supplies. The fermented chili salt and chilli oil are our current favourites.

This sauce has its place with only a couple other sauces as the best that I have ever eaten, and I’ve tried insane amounts. A versatile, delectable go-to. Devoured a bottle in a week! Hope The Fermentalists, a). don’t change a thing with this one and, b). continue making it for years and years!!!

I cannot rave enough about the Fermentalists! This hot sauce has literally saved me from a life of blandness and had had me eating salads for the first time in years. It’s delicious, incredibly full-bodied and decadent with a hint of sweetness that adds dimension to the spice. I have gone through 6 bottles in 3 months! Amazing, you have a customer for life!

This is my fave hot sauce. It has a beautiful smoky flavour that isn’t too overbearing and a subtle sweetness that rounds everything out nicely. I love this on pretty much everything.
